Dr. David A. DelPrincipe
Dr. DelPrincipe was born and raised in Lorain, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University and continued his education at the Illinois College of Optometry where he received a Bachelor of Science degree along with his Doctor of Optometry Degree. He holds active memberships in the Ohio and American Optometric Associations.
Dr. Dave returned to Lorain County and has spent his career giving back to the people of the community. He has brought together several practices that had been established for over 50 years to make what is today North Coast Eye Care.
Dave is an active member in the Lorain Lions Club and Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, gardening, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Beth Yoder
Dr. Beth Yoder assumed the practice of Dr. Charles Norris in January of 2008, along with her partners, Dr. David DelPrincipe and Dr. Tom Kelly, and created North Coast Eye Care. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry Degrees. She interned exclusively with Cleveland’s Veteran’s Hospital. After graduation, she broadened her experience by becoming a staff member of the Cleveland Clinic Health System. She is also certified by the International Association of Boards of Examiners in Optometry in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. Dr. Yoder is an active member in the Ohio and American Optometric Associations.

Dr. Stephen Koos
Dr. Stephen Koos was born in Gyor, Hungary. After having escaped with his parents during the Hungarian revolution in 1956, he settled in Lorain, Ohio where he grew up. Dr. Koos was introduced to optometry at a young age when eyeglasses and contact lenses were prescribed to correct his vision. He knew he wanted to pursue medicine and chose optometry because it allowed him to have a family life as well.
Dr. Koos graduated from Lorain High School. After completing a six year program of undergraduate study and optometry school – Ohio State University and the Ohio State College of Optometry – he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1976. Dr. Koos has been practicing in Lorain County ever since. His specialties include general optometry with emphasis in vision therapy, contact lenses and geriatrics. He is a proud member of the Ohio Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
Dr. Koos retired in February 2021.

Dr. Francesco Maiorca
Dr. Maiorca was born and raised in Avon Lake, Ohio, and is a graduate of Avon Lake High School. He recieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Ohio State University, where he was a member of the varsity cross country and track teams. He attended The Ohio State College of Optometry where he recieved his Doctorate of Optometry degree.
Dr. Maiorca completed his internship training at The MetroHealth System’s department of ophthalmology and the VA Central Ohio Healthcare System. He held an active role in FCO (Fellowship of Christian Optometrists), attending two service trips to Frome, Jamaica to provide free eye care. He is trained to treat a variety of eye conditions ranging from glaucoma, dry eye, and diabetic eye care to specialty contact lenses and pediatric eye exams. He is an active member in the Ohio Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
In his free time, Dr. Maiorca enjoys running, cooking and trying new foods, and rooting for Ohio State and Cleveland sports teams.

Dr. Haifa Lattouf
Dr. Lattouf was born in Warren, Michigan and moved to Lakewood, OH when she was 3 years old. When Dr. Lattouf was in the third grade, she and her family moved to Westlake, OH, where she currently resides. Dr. Lattouf is Lebanese and first generation American. Her parents were born and raised in Lebanon and she enjoys going to see her family in Lebanon during the summer. Dr. Lattouf received her Bachelor’s in Science from The Ohio State University in 2013 and her Doctorate of Optometry from MCPHS University in Massachusetts in 2018. During optometry school, she was an active member in the Private Practice Club and Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity. Following optometry school, Dr. Lattouf completed a one year residency in ocular disease at the Louis Stokes VAMC in Cleveland through The Ohio State University. In August of 2019, Dr. Lattouf began working at North Coast Eye Care at the Amherst and North Ridgeville locations. She holds her therapeutic license through the Ohio Board of Optometry and is a member of The Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
