North coast eye care NorthRidgeville was amazing! When I called to make an appointment for my whole family, the manager Kelly was quick to make our appointment, efficient, friendly and welcoming. My daughter has never had an eye appointment and they made her comfortable, and eased her anxiety. Kelly even helped my husband pick out glasses that fit him perfectly and were comfortable and affordable! If you need eye care look no further for your family:)

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved the care & time taken, the technology & the efficiency. No dilating eyes!!! Kelly is amazing at selecting glasses, ordering and fitting them! I was so impressed I brought my 101 year old grandmother. Her new glasses look amazing on her & she is very satisfied!

The service at North Coast Eye Care is truly stellar. Dr. Yoder and the entire team are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and efficient. Most importantly, their depth of knowledge when it comes to eye health and related issues is unmatched.

First off I ran over my glasses while mowing my lawn and my strings broke on my Versace glasses which are not cheap and when I went there looking for a replacement, they instead said they can fix my glasses which they did in like 5 minutes AT NO CHARGE. I was beyond shocked by the amazing customer service. After that theres no way im going anywhere else. Thank you to the staff for being welcoming and especially for fixing my glasses.

I came to them because they are one of the few places in the area that offer a wider selection of frames for children with special needs. Kelly was fantastic to work with because she was so patient and kind with my son and made him feel comfortable. I ended up also buying a pair of frames for myself since they were so helpful. It was truly a great overall customer experience!
