I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the front desk employee named McKenzie at my recent eye doctor visit in Avon. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She greeted me with a smile and said my name, she checked me in quickly, and was happy to answer any questions I had. It really makes a difference to be welcomed by people who are friendly and organized, it set a positive tone for the entire appointment. It’s not always easy to find front desk staff who are both efficient and genuinely kind, but McKenzie nailed it. Great job!

Northcoast eyecare in Avon, is awesome. The doctor and the people are fantastic. Never have I felt so comfortable at an eye care place. I would highly recommend them. Yes they are very caring and thorough! I love my new glasses too!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service at the Avon location. I had just had a horrible experience with a big chain location and North Coast was recommended. The staff was friendly and the service was punctual. Doctor Dave was awesome to talk with and was a in person optometrist, not a virtual visit. Thanks North Coast!!!!

Dr. Maiorca was exactly what you would want in a health care provider. He was on time, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns with my eyes. Great work!

This was my son’s first eye appointment and we were seen on time. The assistant and doctor really took their time throughout the exam, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of our questions.

Very pleased with my overall experience switching to a new office. I had seen Dr. McNamara in the past, so I knew that she would be wonderful. From the check in process, vision testing, future scheduling and the optician helping pick out frames, everyone was kind, attentive and professional. Highly recommend this office.

These doctors and their office staff are great. Had an emergency 4th of July the doctor responded fast. I was very worried I was having a retina detachment but he made me feel comfortable about coming in Monday morning. And they were great at the office.
