I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the front desk employee named McKenzie at my recent eye doctor visit in Avon. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She greeted me with a smile and said my name, she checked me in quickly, and was happy to answer any questions I had. It really makes a difference to be welcomed by people who are friendly and organized, it set a positive tone for the entire appointment. It’s not always easy to find front desk staff who are both efficient and genuinely kind, but McKenzie nailed it. Great job!

Was Happy to see Dr Jennifer McNamara again she was always a nice and friendly eye doctor. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. She's very good with my daughter ❤️

Northcoast eyecare in Avon, is awesome. The doctor and the people are fantastic. Never have I felt so comfortable at an eye care place. I would highly recommend them. Yes they are very caring and thorough! I love my new glasses too!

Dr. Maiorca was exactly what you would want in a health care provider. He was on time, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns with my eyes. Great work!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service at the Avon location. I had just had a horrible experience with a big chain location and North Coast was recommended. The staff was friendly and the service was punctual. Doctor Dave was awesome to talk with and was a in person optometrist, not a virtual visit. Thanks North Coast!!!!

Dr. Beth is the best! She is thorough with her exams and really spends time listening to my concerns! I highly recommend her and her staff at North Coast Eye Center!!

All the staff were very caring - from check in to billing. I loved that the prescription for new glasses could be handled right on site. As a first time prescription wearer, that was something i really needed!

North Coast Eye Care located in North Ridgeville were very helpful and professional, particularly, Dr. Yoder. She answered my questions, which were many, and even called me to make sure all was okay and that there was nothing to worry about. They don’t make many like Dr. Yoder anymore.
