North Coast Eye Care

First time going here and it was a great experience. Friendly staff and doctor. Very thorough exam and answered all my questions, but was not pushy about me buying new frames. I can come back at my leisure if I want new frames.

I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the front desk employee named McKenzie at my recent eye doctor visit in Avon. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She greeted me with a smile and said my name, she checked me in quickly, and was happy to answer any questions I had. It really makes a difference to be welcomed by people who are friendly and organized, it set a positive tone for the entire appointment. It’s not always easy to find front desk staff who are both efficient and genuinely kind, but McKenzie nailed it. Great job!

Northcoast eyecare in Avon, is awesome. The doctor and the people are fantastic. Never have I felt so comfortable at an eye care place. I would highly recommend them. Yes they are very caring and thorough! I love my new glasses too!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service at the Avon location. I had just had a horrible experience with a big chain location and North Coast was recommended. The staff was friendly and the service was punctual. Doctor Dave was awesome to talk with and was a in person optometrist, not a virtual visit. Thanks North Coast!!!!

Dr. Maiorca was exactly what you would want in a health care provider. He was on time, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns with my eyes. Great work!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jenn McNamara for several years. She is always kind, knowledgeable, and takes her time with you. She takes interest in me as a person and provides exceptional service.

This is not the first time I've gone to North Coast Eye Care but it is the first time I've gone to Avon office. Everyone there went out of there went out of their way to accommodate my physical needs, which was greatly appreciated. They each were professional, patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpfuI. Everyone took their time with me and helped me through every step of the process, including helping with me with my Google pay :). Dr. DelPrincpe is the best. I've been going to him for quite some time and I would not trust my eyes/vision with anyone else. Highly recommend!!

Was glad to finally get my eyes checked, putting to rest these reading glasses from the store. Plus it's good to have a eye doctor, thank you all so much ❤️

I was very pleased with my visit. All staff was very kind and personable. No long walk to the office. No wait time. Nice clean environment. Visit was less than an hour with exam and picking out new frames. Very pleased. Thank you North Coast Eye Care!

This was my son’s first eye appointment and we were seen on time. The assistant and doctor really took their time throughout the exam, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of our questions.
